Adds two sections. Existing sections remain correct. ## Your purchase is final **A MICROBA Moment purchase cannot be refunded or cancelled once your payment succeeds.** This is not a physical product that can be returned. Your Moment is calculated from the details you provide - your name, place, date and the conditions at that place and time - and committed the instant payment succeeds. Your Moment of Truth Certificate is issued from it. At that point the thing you bought has been created. It is unique to you, and it cannot be withdrawn, undone or made again. That is why there is no refund. Please check your details carefully before you place the Order. The checkout page shows everything that will be committed. This applies whether you buy as a guest or as a registered member. The full terms are in the MICROBA Refund Policy and the Terms and Conditions. If your payment succeeded but your Certificate has not arrived, that is not a reason to seek a refund - contact us and we will reissue it. All the information needed is already saved. ## What you agree to at checkout Before placing an Order you are asked to confirm the Order details and accept the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. Both are shown as links on the checkout page, each with its version number, so you can read them before you agree. You cannot place the Order without accepting them. When you accept, MICROBA records on your Order: - which policies you accepted; - the exact version of each at that moment; - each version\'s effective date; - a link to each document; - the time you accepted. If a policy is revised later, your Order still shows the version you actually agreed to. This matters particularly if you buy as a guest without creating a MICROBA account, because your Order is the only place this record is kept.
