MICROBA HIVE USER MANUAL Amendment 1.7.5

Version 1.0 Public access Updated August 23, 2026
Document: MICROBA HIVE USER MANUAL — Amendment 1.7.5
Document rev: 1.1.0
Describes: HIVE 1.7.5 with PROFILE 3.2.14
Classification: Public
Updated: 2026-08-24
Supersedes: section 5 of MICROBA HIVE USER MANUAL rev 1.7.0

HOW TO APPLY: This amendment replaces section 5, Direct Sponsorship and Network, of MICROBA HIVE USER MANUAL rev 1.7.0. All other sections remain unchanged.

5. Direct Sponsorship and Network

HIVE Network is one level only: Direct Members.

There are no HIVE Level 2 or Level 3 members, generations, legs or cascading multi-level commissions. A sponsor may have an unlimited number of Direct Members.

Sponsor identity is appointed and governed in PROFILE. HIVE receives canonical member and Sponsor MIDs and maintains the operational Direct relationship.

5.1 Network summary

The member Network card summarizes:

  • total Direct Members;
  • cumulative qualifying SETs; and
  • counts and SETs by Registered, Qualified, Disqualified, Dormant and Terminated status.

Select View Network to open the Direct Network drawer.

5.2 Direct Member details

Each Direct Member row is selectable. The collapsed row shows the member’s name where available, MID, cumulative qualifying SETs and current status.

Selecting the row reveals:

  • Full Name;
  • Email;
  • Country;
  • MID;
  • HIVE Status; and
  • Direct Since date and time.

HIVE determines the active one-level Direct Network. PROFILE supplies canonical identity details by MID. HIVE does not create or maintain a competing name, email or Home Address repository.

If PROFILE has no value for an optional field, the drawer displays Not provided.

5.3 Privacy boundary

A member may view these details only for members in their own HIVE-authoritative Direct Network. The feature does not disclose deeper descendants, another sponsor’s members or unrelated PROFILE information.

5.4 Lifecycle milestone ticks

A lifecycle tick means the milestone has been achieved. The current active milestone also carries a tick while retaining its gold current-state highlight. Future milestones remain empty.

For example, a Qualified member sees ticks on Registered and Qualified. HIVE remains the authority for the underlying lifecycle state.
