MICROBA HIVE User Manual

1. Purpose

HIVE is the member network, qualification and Nectar workspace. It consumes canonical member and sponsor identity from PROFILE and calculates HIVE-specific relationships, lifecycle status and Nectar activity.

2. Opening HIVE

Open PROFILE → HIVE. HIVE stays inside the PROFILE content frame.

Current member sections are:

  • Overview
  • Qualification
  • My Network
  • Nectar
  • Referral
  • Activity

3. Overview

Overview summarizes current HIVE state, which may include:

  • membership status
  • qualification period remaining
  • direct network count
  • broader network count
  • Nectar balances
  • recent HIVE activity

4. Qualification

HIVE qualification is driven by qualifying purchase activity under the current HIVE rules.

A qualifying set contributes tenure. The current reference rule is:

  • 1 set = 4 qualified days

The lifecycle may progress through:

  • Registered
  • Qualified
  • Disqualified
  • Dormant
  • Terminated

The screen should show the current state and relevant countdown where applicable.

5. My Network

My Network shows sponsorship/network relationships that HIVE has received from canonical PROFILE identity data.

Direct sponsored members may display approved information such as:

  • name
  • MID
  • email
  • country
  • status

The exact visible fields depend on current privacy and presentation rules.

6. Nectar

Nectar is the HIVE reward wallet. The direct sponsor reward is currently 9% on eligible directly attributed purchases.

Important points:

  • Nectar can be tracked by enabled currency
  • refunds can reverse Nectar
  • a purchase paid with Nectar can still qualify where the governing rule permits
  • historical conversion should use the appropriate PRODUCT valuation context

7. Referral

HIVE may display referral information but does not own referral identity.

PROFILE owns:

  • primary referral link
  • referral alias
  • Sponsor MID

A valid referral purchase can reward the referrer without changing the buyer's fixed Sponsor relationship.

8. Activity

Activity is the member-readable history of important HIVE events, such as:

  • Nectar earned
  • Nectar reversed
  • qualification changes
  • new direct sponsorship activity
  • redemption activity

9. Sponsor rules

HIVE does not provide ordinary member controls to appoint or replace a Sponsor.

If a member is sponsorless and governance allows first-time sponsor appointment, the request is handled through the approved PROFILE/Admin process.

10. Dormancy and termination

A member moving through Dormant or Terminated states may be subject to network and participation consequences under current governance. Members should review the status shown in Qualification and contact Admin if a lifecycle state appears incorrect.

11. Troubleshooting

A direct member is missing

Check that the sponsored member's canonical Sponsor MID was successfully recorded in PROFILE. HIVE consumes that relationship; it should not invent it.

Nectar did not appear

Confirm the purchase was eligible, successfully completed, and attributed to the correct sponsor/referrer under the governing rules.

HIVE opens outside PROFILE

Use PROFILE → HIVE for the canonical member presentation.
