MICROBA HIVE --- USER MANUAL
Canonical runtime baseline: MICROBA HIVE v1.7.0
Documentation release: 21 August 2026
Architecture: HIVE consumes canonical MID/Sponsor truth from PROFILE. HIVE owns operational Direct Sponsorship projection, qualification, lifecycle, Network, Nectar and redemption; it does not appoint Sponsors or own referral aliases.
1. What HIVE is
HIVE is the MICROBA member programme for:
- qualification and lifecycle;
- one-level Direct Sponsorship Network;
- Nectar programme wallet points;
- 9% eligible referral/sponsor rewards;
- Nectar transfer and currency conversion;
- cash-redemption requests;
- HIVE activity/history;
- Promotional Banner.
PROFILE now owns your MID, Sponsor appointment and referral link/alias. HIVE uses those canonical MIDs for HIVE calculations.
2. Opening HIVE
HIVE may appear as a standalone HIVE workspace and/or inside the PROFILE member shell. HIVE business figures remain HIVE-owned wherever displayed.
Referral alias editing or Sponsor appointment should take you to the appropriate PROFILE-owned workflow, not a HIVE mutation form.
3. Your HIVE identity
HIVE operates by your canonical PROFILE MID.
HIVE may show:
- your MID;
- Sponsor MID as a read-only projection;
- HIVE status;
- Direct Network;
- Nectar balances;
- redemption state;
- activity.
HIVE does not issue another competing member identifier for normal canonical operation.
4. HIVE lifecycle
REGISTERED → QUALIFIED → DISQUALIFIED → DORMANT → TERMINATED
Registered
Member exists in HIVE but has no active qualifying tenure.
Qualified
A qualifying Product purchase creates or extends qualified tenure.
1 qualifying SET = 4 Qualified days.
Disqualified
Qualified tenure has expired. During Disqualified, the Direct Network remains operational for the current 40-day window, but the member is not eligible for the 9% HIVE reward while not Qualified.
Dormant
After 40 continuous Disqualified days, the previous active Direct Network is released/lost. Historical relationship evidence remains.
Buying again after Dormant does not automatically restore the old Network.
Terminated
After 100 Dormant days, the member becomes Terminated under the current rule.
5. Direct Sponsorship and Network
HIVE Network is one level only: Direct Members.
There are no HIVE Level 2/3, generations, legs or cascading multi-level commissions.
A sponsor may have an unlimited number of Direct Members.
Sponsor identity itself is appointed and governed in PROFILE. HIVE receives the canonical MID relationship and maintains the operational Direct relationship.
6. Sponsor appointment
HIVE does not provide Sponsor appointment/change actions.
If you registered without a Sponsor and have never previously had one, an approved first-time appointment may be handled by PROFILE Admin.
Once a Sponsor has ever been established, ordinary replacement is prohibited.
7. Referral link
Your referral link/alias is PROFILE-owned. HIVE may display it read-only when useful, but editing, reset and routing authority belong to PROFILE.
Changing a referral alias never changes your Sponsor or Network.
8. Referral purchases and the 9% rule
A valid referral link can be used by a visitor or a registered member.
When the resulting paid Order carries your canonical referral_mid and you satisfy HIVE eligibility at canonical Order time, HIVE may credit 9% of the eligible Order value as Nectar.
For a registered buyer, that transaction referral does not replace the buyer's existing Sponsor.
Self-referral commission is prohibited.
If a paid eligible Order has no valid transaction referral MID, HIVE may apply the registered buyer's Direct Sponsor according to the current fallback rule.
Refunds reverse the related HIVE reward through linked ledger history.
9. Nectar Wallet
Nectar is a programme wallet point, not a bank deposit, savings account, investment or independent currency.
Balances are ledger-derived by currency.
Activity may include:
- referral/sponsor reward credits;
- reversals;
- transfers;
- purchase payments/refunds;
- redemption holds/releases;
- currency conversion entries.
10. Nectar currency conversion
Where conversion is available, HIVE converts using the immutable historical Product valuation carried by the originating Nectar lot/event.
It does not use today's Product price or a live/prevailing FX rate as fallback.
If reliable historical valuation is unavailable, conversion is refused rather than guessed.
11. Nectar transfer
Nectar may be transferred between eligible members through HIVE validation. Transfers are ledger-recorded and must revalidate recipient and sender balance server-side.
12. Cash redemption
Cash redemption requires HIVE Admin review.
- Redemption minimums are owned by HIVE.
- The available redemption currencies follow enabled Product commercial currencies.
- Each enabled Product currency has its own HIVE minimum.
- If a newly enabled currency has no valid HIVE minimum yet, redemption for that currency should remain unavailable.
A redemption request creates a hold so the same Nectar cannot be spent twice.
13. Bank details
HIVE stores the bank information required for cash-redemption processing. Sensitive account information is protected and should not be exposed unnecessarily.
Each redemption keeps the bank snapshot used at submission time.
14. Promotional Banner
One active member banner slot.
Rules:
- minimum 600 × 300 px;
- recommended 1200 × 630 px;
- JPG, PNG or WebP;
- maximum 2 MB;
- flexible aspect ratio;
- landscape recommended, not mandatory;
- valid replacement auto-activates without Admin approval;
- failed replacement keeps the current valid banner;
- optional crop only.
15. Common questions
Can HIVE Admin appoint my Sponsor?
No. Sponsor appointment belongs to PROFILE.
Can my Sponsor be replaced?
Not through ordinary governance once a valid Sponsor has ever been established.
Can my alias change my Sponsor?
No. Alias is routing identity only.
Does a visitor purchase become my Direct Member?
No. Referral-purchase attribution is transaction-specific and does not create membership or Direct Sponsorship by itself.
Can a registered member purchase through my referral link and generate 9%?
Yes, if the paid Order preserves your canonical referral MID and you satisfy the HIVE eligibility rules at Order time. The buyer's fixed Sponsor remains unchanged.
16. Support information
When reporting a HIVE issue, provide MID, relevant Order/transaction/redemption reference, date/time and a short description. Do not send passwords or unnecessary full bank account details.
