MICROBA PROFILE USER MANUAL Amendment 3.2.14

Version 1.0 Public access Updated August 23, 2026
Document: MICROBA PROFILE USER MANUAL — Amendment 3.2.14
Document rev: 1.2.0
Describes: PROFILE 3.2.14 with HIVE 1.7.5
Classification: Public
Updated: 2026-08-24
Supersedes: MICROBA PROFILE USER MANUAL — Amendment 3.2.10 rev 1.1.0

HOW TO APPLY: This amendment adds sections 8.1 and 8.2 to section 8, HIVE inside PROFILE, of MICROBA PROFILE USER MANUAL rev 3.2.0. The Sponsor, referral and consent provisions supplied by Amendment 3.2.10 remain applicable. All other sections remain unchanged.

8.1 Viewing your Direct Network

The Network card shows the number of members in your one-level Direct Network. Select View Network to open the Direct Network drawer.

Each listed Direct Member initially shows:

  • full name, where available;
  • canonical MID;
  • cumulative qualifying SETs; and
  • current HIVE lifecycle status.

Select a member row to expand it. The expanded record may show:

  • Full Name;
  • Email;
  • Country from the member’s PROFILE Home Address;
  • MID;
  • HIVE Status; and
  • Direct Since date and time.

If a PROFILE field has not been completed, the drawer displays Not provided. The drawer does not invent missing information.

Only members directly sponsored by the logged-in member are shown. PROFILE does not expose deeper descendants or another sponsor’s Direct Network. HIVE remains authoritative for determining which MIDs belong to the active one-level Direct Network; PROFILE supplies the identity details for those verified MIDs.

8.2 Reading lifecycle milestone ticks

The lifecycle strip presents:

Registered → Qualified → Disqualified → Dormant → Terminated

A tick means that the milestone has been achieved.

  • Completed earlier milestones show their completed tick.
  • The current active milestone also shows a tick.
  • Future milestones remain empty.

For a Qualified member, both Registered and Qualified therefore display ticks. The Qualified card remains highlighted in gold to identify it as the current active state.

The tick is a presentation of HIVE’s system-derived lifecycle state. It is not a manual status control and does not allow PROFILE to change HIVE lifecycle truth.
