MICROBA PROFILE User Manual

1. Purpose

PROFILE is the member's personal MICROBA workspace. It provides the member identity view and hosts approved member-facing modules without taking ownership of their business rules.

2. Opening PROFILE

Open My MICROBA / PROFILE after signing in. The current sidebar is:

  • Preview
  • HIVE
  • SA Coin
  • Visitor
  • Commerce
  • Knowledge
  • Settings

The sidebar remains visible while embedded module content opens in the main content frame.

3. Preview

Preview is the member overview. Depending on available data it may show:

  • member identity and MID
  • HIVE status and selected HIVE indicators
  • SA Coin milestone summary
  • order and commerce summaries
  • knowledge progress
  • visitor information
  • quick actions

Preview is a summary only. Detailed actions remain inside the module that owns them.

4. HIVE in PROFILE

HIVE opens inside the PROFILE content frame. Typical member sections are:

  • Overview
  • Qualification
  • My Network
  • Nectar
  • Referral
  • Activity

PROFILE displays HIVE; HIVE remains authoritative for HIVE calculations and lifecycle data.

5. SA Coin in PROFILE

SA Coin opens inside the PROFILE content frame. Current member sections are:

  • Milestone
  • SA SAFE
  • My SA
  • Transfer
  • Redemption
  • Activity

The SA SAFE may contain additional views such as Treasury, Individual Ownership, Registry and How SA Works.

6. Visitor

Visitor provides the member-facing visitor analytics experience when available. The information is privacy-aware and should be interpreted as activity indicators rather than personal identification of visitors.

7. Commerce

Commerce gives access to the member's orders and related purchase records. Product and Commerce own order and fulfilment truth; PROFILE only presents approved views.

8. Knowledge

Knowledge provides access to MICROBA manuals, guides and controlled documents available to the member.

9. Settings

Settings may include:

  • Personal Info
  • Contact Info
  • Home Address
  • Referral
  • Security
  • Preferences
  • Privacy & Consent
  • Account Info

PROFILE is the authority for the member's Sponsor MID and referral identity.

A sponsor may be absent initially where permitted. Once a valid Sponsor has been established, ordinary member workflows do not replace it.

Referral attribution for a purchase is transaction-specific and does not rewrite the member's fixed Sponsor MID.

10. Address information

PROFILE may maintain several address purposes, including Home, Billing and process-specific addresses. The Home Address can also be used as a fallback location context where device location is unavailable.

11. Security and privacy

Members should:

  • protect account credentials
  • use Forgot Password rather than sharing passwords
  • keep contact information current
  • review privacy and consent settings
  • report unexpected account or sponsor changes to an administrator

12. Troubleshooting

A module says it is unavailable

Confirm the corresponding MICROBA module is active. PROFILE can only host a module that exposes its approved member contract.

A sidebar item opens the wrong page

Refresh once after plugin updates. If the issue continues, report the exact URL and the sidebar item used.

Do not attempt to change it through HIVE. Sponsor and referral identity are PROFILE-owned and should be reviewed through PROFILE/Admin.
