MICROBA VISITOR User Manual
1. Purpose
VISITOR provides member-facing insight into website visitor activity while respecting privacy boundaries.
2. Opening Visitor
Open PROFILE → Visitor. Visitor should remain within the PROFILE content frame and use the same member shell as other embedded modules.
3. What you may see
Depending on the current configuration, Visitor may show summaries such as:
- visits
- referral-linked activity
- country or broad location context
- trends over time
- selected engagement indicators
4. Privacy model
Visitor analytics are pseudonymous/aggregate by design. They are not intended to expose another person's private identity.
Do not interpret anonymous visitor activity as proof that a named individual visited a page unless the system explicitly has a lawful, approved identity event for that purpose.
5. Referral context
VISITOR may recognize visits arriving through a valid PROFILE referral link, but PROFILE remains the authority for referral identity and alias resolution.
Visitor analytics do not replace Sponsor assignment or create a Sponsor relationship by themselves.
6. Using the information
Use Visitor data to understand broad engagement and referral reach. Avoid making sensitive decisions based solely on anonymous or approximate analytics.
7. Troubleshooting
Counts appear delayed
Analytics processing or caching can cause short delays. Refresh later before assuming data was lost.
Referral visits appear missing
Confirm the exact referral URL was valid at the time of the visit and that tracking was permitted by the visitor's privacy/consent context.
Visitor page opens outside PROFILE
Use PROFILE → Visitor for the canonical member presentation.
